A persegui\u00e7\u00e3o come\u00e7ou ap\u00f3s Zambelli e Luan trocarem provoca\u00e7\u00f5es durante um ato pol\u00edtico no bairro dos Jardins, em S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/p>\n<p>Ainda de acordo com as informa\u00e7\u00f5es, at\u00e9 o momento, o relator, ministro Gilmar Mendes, e os ministros Alexandre de Moraes e C\u00e1rmen L\u00facia votaram pelo recebimento da den\u00fancia contra a deputada.<\/p>\n<p>No voto proferido, o relator entendeu que h\u00e1 ind\u00edcios suficientes para a abertura da a\u00e7\u00e3o penal contra Carla Zambelli. \u201cAinda que a arguida tenha porte de arma, o uso fora dos limites da defesa pessoal, em contexto p\u00fablico e ostensivo, ainda mais \u00e0s v\u00e9speras das elei\u00e7\u00f5es, em tese, pode significar responsabilidade penal\u201d, escreveu Mendes.<\/p>\n<p>O julgamento ocorre no plen\u00e1rio virtual do STF, modalidade na qual os ministros inserem os votos em um sistema eletr\u00f4nico e n\u00e3o h\u00e1 delibera\u00e7\u00e3o presencial.
