A Justi\u00e7a decretou a pris\u00e3o preventiva de Larissa de Souza Batista, acusada de tentar matar o namorado, Adenilon Ferreira Parente, por meio de envenenamento com a\u00e7a\u00ed em Ribeir\u00e3o Preto, no interior de S\u00e3o Paulo. A decis\u00e3o foi tomada ap\u00f3s o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico concluir que o crime foi premeditado e que a acusada agiu com a inten\u00e7\u00e3o de matar a v\u00edtima.<\/p>\n

De acordo com a den\u00fancia, Larissa teria arquitetado um plano para envenenar o companheiro utilizando \u201cchumbinho\u201d, subst\u00e2ncia altamente t\u00f3xica. O crime ocorreu em fevereiro deste ano, quando Adenilon consumiu o a\u00e7a\u00ed contaminado, passou mal e precisou ser hospitalizado, mas conseguiu sobreviver.<\/p>\n

Laudos periciais confirmaram a presen\u00e7a de terbuf\u00f3s, princ\u00edpio ativo conhecido popularmente como chumbinho, no copo ingerido pela v\u00edtima. A Promotoria sustenta que a acusada agiu com premedita\u00e7\u00e3o e utilizou meio cruel, al\u00e9m de recurso que dificultou a defesa da v\u00edtima, enquadrando o caso como tentativa de homic\u00eddio qualificado.<\/p>\n

A den\u00fancia foi aceita pelo Poder Judici\u00e1rio, que tamb\u00e9m considerou o risco de fuga, j\u00e1 que Larissa possui v\u00ednculos familiares em outro estado, e ind\u00edcios de tentativa de oculta\u00e7\u00e3o de provas. Segundo as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, ela teria restaurado as configura\u00e7\u00f5es do celular dias ap\u00f3s o envenenamento, o que pode ter comprometido evid\u00eancias relevantes para o caso.<\/p>\n

Em manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica, o promotor respons\u00e1vel pelo caso afirmou que as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es afastaram qualquer envolvimento de funcion\u00e1rios do estabelecimento onde o a\u00e7a\u00ed foi adquirido, atribuindo \u00e0 acusada total responsabilidade pelo crime.<\/p>\n

Apesar das evid\u00eancias apresentadas, Larissa negou participa\u00e7\u00e3o no envenenamento durante as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es. At\u00e9 a \u00faltima atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o, ela n\u00e3o havia sido localizada pelas autoridades e \u00e9 considerada foragida.<\/p>\n

O caso segue em andamento e, se condenada, a acusada pode cumprir pena que chega a 30 anos de pris\u00e3o.<\/p>\n
