Ela \u00e9 a principal liga\u00e7\u00e3o entre a \u00c1rea Insular e a \u00c1rea Continental de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saovicente.sp.gov.br\/publico\/\">S\u00e3o Vicente<\/a> e antes passou por reformas emergenciais. Segundo a Prefeitura, a previs\u00e3o \u00e9 que as obras durem um ano.<\/p>\n<p>Esta etapa haver\u00e1 o refor\u00e7o estrutural, com recupera\u00e7\u00e3o de 266 estacas, vigas, pavimento da ponte e novas armaduras. Desta forma, o equipamento ir\u00e1 suportar carga de 45 toneladas. Quando foi constru\u00edda, a capacidade era estimada em 36 toneladas. No entanto, com a degrada\u00e7\u00e3o do tempo, ficou limitada a 24 toneladas.<\/p>\n<p>Enquanto isso, tamb\u00e9m h\u00e1 a perspectiva de que esta obra tamb\u00e9m receba as interven\u00e7\u00f5es para a passagem do Ve\u00edculo Leve sobre Trilhos. Na Ponte dos Barreiros h\u00e1 uma linha f\u00e9rrea ao lado e para que o VLT circule, ela tamb\u00e9m precisa ser reformada e v\u00e1 at\u00e9 a \u00c1rea Continental. No entanto, \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria mais uma licita\u00e7\u00e3o para a autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o das obras.<\/p>\n<h3>O imbr\u00f3glio antes das obras<\/h3>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"48\" data-block-id=\"4\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">Essa fase das obras na Ponte dos Barreiros p\u00f4de ser iniciada ap\u00f3s libera\u00e7\u00e3o judicial. No \u00faltimo dia 3 de fevereiro, a Justi\u00e7a suspendeu em car\u00e1ter liminar a licita\u00e7\u00e3o. Segundo o juiz respons\u00e1vel pela decis\u00e3o, irregularidades foram detectadas no certame. Com isso, n\u00e3o houve o in\u00edcio das obras.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"58\" data-block-id=\"5\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">As empresas que participaram da disputa entraram com uma a\u00e7\u00e3o na Justi\u00e7a com o questionamento de poss\u00edveis irregularidades na disputa. O argumento foi que uma empresa seria favorecida por ser a \u00fanica a atender todos os pr\u00e9-requisitos do certame. O magistrado acolheu a argumenta\u00e7\u00e3o e, desta forma, a licita\u00e7\u00e3o foi suspensa um dia antes da abertura dos envelopes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"content-ads content-ads--reveal\" data-block-type=\"ads\" data-block-id=\"6\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"55\" data-block-id=\"7\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">Mas em abril, o prefeito Kayo Amado (PODEMOS) conseguiu a libera\u00e7\u00e3o judicial, ap\u00f3s mais de 70 dias de paralisa\u00e7\u00e3o. A empresa vencedora foi a Jatobeton Engenharia LTDA, com a licita\u00e7\u00e3o no valor de R$ 33.720.317,64.
