O ministro da Justi\u00e7a e Seguran\u00e7a P\u00fablica, Fl\u00e1vio Dino, disse hoje (16), em entrevista coletiva, que a Pol\u00edcia Federal (PF) deve encaminhar at\u00e9 sexta-feira (17) ao Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) um requerimento para saber se a corpora\u00e7\u00e3o\u00a0ir\u00e1 atuar na investiga\u00e7\u00e3o de militares suspeitos de envolvimento nos atos golpistas do dia\u00a08 de janeiro.<\/p>\n

A PF\u00a0quer saber se a conduta de integrantes das For\u00e7as Armadas ser\u00e1 investigada exclusivamente pela Justi\u00e7a Militar ou pelo STF. Caso as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es fiquem sob a responsabilidade do Supremo, isso implicaria em atua\u00e7\u00e3o dos policiais federais.<\/p>\n

\u201cVamos submeter isso at\u00e9 amanh\u00e3, creio eu. Vamos fazer um requerimento para que haja uma elucida\u00e7\u00e3o definitiva sobre a situa\u00e7\u00e3o dos militares, se haver\u00e1 uma investiga\u00e7\u00e3o exclusiva na Justi\u00e7a Militar ou se uma parte ou todos os crimes, eventualmente, cometidos por militares ser\u00e3o no Supremo\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Dino informou\u00a0que, at\u00e9 o momento, foram abertos 85 inqu\u00e9ritos pela Pol\u00edcia Federal sobre os atos antidemocr\u00e1ticos e 36 pris\u00f5es preventivas autorizadas, sendo que 24 foram cumpridas. O STF deferiu 58 mandados de busca e apreens\u00e3o, com 54 j\u00e1 executados pelos policiais federais.<\/p>\n
