Por isso, a coloca\u00e7\u00e3o dos GCM\u2019s em celas e estabelecimentos penais separados dos demais presos se d\u00e1 por extrema necessidade de garantia da seguran\u00e7a, tanto destes como daqueles.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Ainda de acordo com as informa\u00e7\u00f5es, sendo sancionado pelo chefe do Executivo estadual, os GCM&#8217;s ter\u00e3o tratamento equiparado com policiais civis e militares.<\/p>\n<p>Sendo assim, o artigo 295 do C\u00f3digo de Processo Penal Brasileiro, que determina o\u00a0recolhimento em local distinto da pris\u00e3o comum.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8221; N\u00e3o havendo estabelecimento espec\u00edfico para o preso especial, este ser\u00e1 recolhido em cela distinta do mesmo estabelecimento&#8221;.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Por fim, o projeto de lei tamb\u00e9m define que os guardas municipais n\u00e3o poder\u00e3o ser transportados com outros presos alheios \u00e0s for\u00e7as de seguran\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p>A destina\u00e7\u00e3o dos GCM&#8217;s presos vai ser decidida pela Secretaria de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o Penitenci\u00e1ria.<\/p>\n<p>Leia mais<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/redenoticiaz.com.br\/blog\/2022\/10\/03\/pl-pt-e-psdb-tem-maiores-bancadas-na-alesp\">PL, PT e PSDB t\u00eam maiores bancadas na Alesp<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Foi aprovado na Assembleia Legislativa do Estado de S\u00e3o Paulo (Alesp) o Projeto de Lei 645\/2021 que prev\u00ea que guardas civis municipais presos fiquem separados dos demais custodiados.
