A rede de farm\u00e1cias Poupafarma foi processada pelo Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do Trabalho (MPT) de Santos, em R$ 1 milh\u00e3o<\/strong>. O motivo foi por conta da falta de pagamento dos sal\u00e1rios de ex-funcion\u00e1rios e cancelamento de planos de sa\u00fade. O valor da causa j\u00e1 foi calculado prevendo a indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o dos trabalhadores. Al\u00e9m disso, o \u00f3rg\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m pediu o bloqueio de bens da empresa.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

A a\u00e7\u00e3o civil coletiva foi ajuizada na quarta-feira (8) com pedido de urg\u00eancia. Segundo o MPT, o processo tem objetivo de garantir os pagamentos atrasados dos mais de mil ex-funcion\u00e1rios da rede, demitidos em 6 de fevereiro, que n\u00e3o receberam desde o come\u00e7o do ano.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

De acordo com o MPT, somente no come\u00e7o de 2023, 17 den\u00fancias foram recebidas. A justificativa foi que a Poupafarma n\u00e3o depositava sal\u00e1rios e verbas [que incluem 13\u00b0 sal\u00e1rio, aviso pr\u00e9vio indenizado, f\u00e9rias e outros benef\u00edcios]. O minist\u00e9rio, ent\u00e3o, questionou a empresa, que confirmou n\u00e3o ter quitado os sal\u00e1rios dos empregados em janeiro e fevereiro deste ano, sob a justificativa de estar em processo de recupera\u00e7\u00e3o judicial.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

O procurador do trabalho que atua no caso afirma que as obriga\u00e7\u00f5es trabalhistas devem ser cumpridas integralmente, ainda que a empresa esteja em processo de recupera\u00e7\u00e3o judicial.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Segundo o MPT, a Poupafarma tamb\u00e9m reconheceu n\u00e3o ter feito o recolhimento do FGTS desde outubro de 2022 e nem o dep\u00f3sito integral de vales transporte e alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o desde dezembro do mesmo ano.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Em audi\u00eancia com a Poupafarma, o MPT prop\u00f4s um Termo de Ajustamento de Conduta como forma de negociar o cumprimento das obriga\u00e7\u00f5es trabalhistas, mas a empresa recusou a proposta. Por esse motivo, o minist\u00e9rio entrou com o processo.<\/p>\n
