{"id":10225,"date":"2021-06-18T06:07:25","date_gmt":"2021-06-18T09:07:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/redenoticiaz.com.br\/litoralsp\/2021\/06\/18\/curevac-falha-em-teste-com-apenas-47-de-eficacia"},"modified":"2021-06-18T06:11:05","modified_gmt":"2021-06-18T09:11:05","slug":"curevac-falha-em-teste-com-apenas-47-de-eficacia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/redenoticiaz.com.br\/litoralsp\/2021\/06\/18\/curevac-falha-em-teste-com-apenas-47-de-eficacia","title":{"rendered":"CureVac falha em teste com apenas 47% de efic\u00e1cia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A empresa de biotecnologia alem\u00e3 <strong>CureVac<\/strong> NV informou nessa\u00a0quarta-feira (16) que sua <strong>vacina contra covid-19<\/strong> <strong>foi s\u00f3 47% eficaz<\/strong> em um teste de est\u00e1gio avan\u00e7ado, ficando aqu\u00e9m do objetivo principal do estudo e causando d\u00favidas sobre a poss\u00edvel entrega de centenas de milh\u00f5es de doses \u00e0 Uni\u00e3o Europeia (UE).<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.png?id=1412883&amp;o=node\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.gif?id=1412883&amp;o=node\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A baixa efic\u00e1cia\u00a0da vacina, conhecida como CVnCoV, foi mostrada\u00a0em uma an\u00e1lise provis\u00f3ria baseada em 134 casos da doen\u00e7a, em estudo com cerca de 40 mil volunt\u00e1rios na Europa e na Am\u00e9rica Latina.<\/p>\n<p>As apostas para a CureVac e para poss\u00edveis compradores europeus da vacina aumentaram depois que limites de idade foram impostos no uso dos imunizantes\u00a0da Johnson &amp; Johnson e da AstraZeneca, devido a problemas de coagula\u00e7\u00e3o extremamente raros, mas potencialmente fatais.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9m se esperava que a vacina da CureVac ajudasse pa\u00edses de renda baixa e m\u00e9dia.<\/p>\n<p>Firmando os \u00fanicos acordos grandes de suprimento com a CureVac, a UE garantiu em novembro at\u00e9 450 milh\u00f5es de doses da vacina.\u00a0 O neg\u00f3cio veio ap\u00f3s um memorando de entendimentos firmado com a Alemanha para a entrega de mais 20 milh\u00f5es de doses.<\/p>\n<p>Negociadas na bolsa dos Estados Unidos, as a\u00e7\u00f5es da CureVac ca\u00edram 50,6%. Os papeis ficaram em US$ 46,81 ap\u00f3s o preg\u00e3o, na esteira da publica\u00e7\u00e3o dos dados.<\/p>\n<p>A empresa disse que ao menos 13 variantes do v\u00edrus respondem pelas infec\u00e7\u00f5es na popula\u00e7\u00e3o estudada.
