Os quatro homens envolvidos no assassinato do entregador S\u00e9rgio Murilo Pereira<\/strong>, de 53 anos, foram indiciados pelo Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico Federal (MPF). A v\u00edtima foi assassinada ao ser baleada na cabe\u00e7a em tentativa de assalto ocorrida em S\u00e3o Vicente. Dois dos acusados est\u00e3o presos, mas outros dois est\u00e3o foragidos e al\u00e9m disso, foi feito um pedido \u00e0 Justi\u00e7a,\u00a0 para a reabertura das investiga\u00e7\u00f5es para a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o de um quinto suspeito.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

O crime aconteceu na Rua Major Eug\u00eanio Terral, no bairro Vila Melo, no \u00faltimo dia 3 de fevereiro. O entregador fazia o trabalho terceirizado para os Correios quando foi abordado pelos bandidos.<\/p>\n

O profissional atropelou um dos criminosos, que disparou contra ele e o fez perder o controle da dire\u00e7\u00e3o e colidir contra um muro<\/span>. Sergio foi levado ao Hospital Municipal, mas n\u00e3o resistiu aos ferimentos.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Na den\u00fancia do MPF,<\/span> o \u00f3rg\u00e3o pediu \u00e0 Justi\u00e7a a convers\u00e3o da pris\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria em preventiva para os dois foragidos.<\/span> A outra dupla, segundo o documento, encontra-se detida na Cadeia P\u00fablica de S\u00e3o Vicente. At\u00e9 o momento, a defesa dos acusados n\u00e3o se manifestou.<\/p>\n

Solicita\u00e7\u00e3o para a reabertura<\/h3>\n

O MPF solicitou, ainda, a reabertura das investiga\u00e7\u00f5es policiais com o objetivo de identificar um quinto suspeito. Conforme relatado pelo \u00f3rg\u00e3o, os cinco homens estavam em outro carro, que era usado por um deles para corridas de aplicativo. Quando o grupo avistou a v\u00edtima, dois deles – um j\u00e1 detido e o outro ainda n\u00e3o localizado – desceram do ve\u00edculo para fazer a abordagem.<\/p>\n

Segundo relatado no documento, ap\u00f3s o crime, os bandidos voltaram para o carro e, depois, o motorista deixou quatro comparsas em uma \u00e1rea do bairro J\u00f3quei Clube.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
