A autoridade monet\u00e1ria recomendou uma s\u00e9rie de medidas para evitar cair em golpes.<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.png?id=1502184&amp;o=node\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.gif?id=1502184&amp;o=node\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Segundo o BC, os servi\u00e7os de atendimento ao cidad\u00e3o t\u00eam recebido volume quatro vezes maior que a m\u00e9dia de consultas sobre informa\u00e7\u00f5es inver\u00eddicas. De acordo com a autoridade monet\u00e1ria, grande parte das falsas mensagens passaram a circular na internet nos \u00faltimos dias.<\/p>\n<p>A primeira dica diz respeito a mensagens recebidas pelo WhatsApp para resgatar valores esquecidos no Banco Central imediatamente via PIX. Nesse caso, o \u00f3rg\u00e3o orienta o cidad\u00e3o a ignorar o conte\u00fado mensagens e a n\u00e3o clicar em\u00a0<em>links<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Esses\u00a0<em>links<\/em>, informou o BC, roubam senhas em redes sociais e pode instalar v\u00edrus e programas espi\u00f5es no celular do usu\u00e1rio. Informa\u00e7\u00f5es oficiais sobre valores a receber e sobre a consulta ao sistema s\u00e3o divulgadas apenas no site do\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bcb.gov.br\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Banco Central<\/a>\u00a0e nas redes oficiais do \u00f3rg\u00e3o, jamais por aplicativos de mensagens ou SMS.<\/p>\n<p>O Banco Central esclareceu que a consulta a valores esquecidos est\u00e1 suspensa desde abril. Apesar de as institui\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras recome\u00e7arem a enviar dados em janeiro, a reabertura das consultas e dos saques continua sem previs\u00e3o de retorno.
