Um laudo do Instituto de Medicina Social e de Criminologia de S\u00e3o Paulo (IMESC) concluiu que o procurador que agrediu a procuradora-chefe durante expediente na Prefeitura de Registro apresenta quadro psiqui\u00e1trico compat\u00edvel com <\/span>esquizofrenia paranoide<\/span><\/strong>. Um parecer elaborado pelo psiquiatra forense Guido Palomba j\u00e1 havia apontado o mesmo. Ele continua internado e sem previs\u00e3o de alta.<\/p>\n

No \u00faltimo dia 27 de fevereiro, Dem\u00e9trius Oliveira Macedo, de 35 anos, foi internado, ap\u00f3s apresentar “comportamento de personalidade narcisista e combativo”, conforme mostra o relat\u00f3rio m\u00e9dico da Secretaria de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o Penitenci\u00e1ria do Estado de S\u00e3o Paulo (SAP-SP). Antes da interna\u00e7\u00e3o, ele estava preso na Penitenci\u00e1ria de Tai\u00fava, Interior de S\u00e3o Paulo.<\/p>\n

S\u00f3 que al\u00e9m do quadro de esquizofrenia paranoide<\/span>, os peritos do IMESC apontaram tamb\u00e9m que o procurador apresenta capacidade de entendimento prejudicada e capacidade de determina\u00e7\u00e3o abolida \u00e0 \u00e9poca do crime<\/span> e \u00e9 inimput\u00e1vel. Ou seja, <\/span>incapaz de entender o car\u00e1ter il\u00edcito do fato<\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Os profissionais recomendaram <\/span>tratamento em regime de interna\u00e7\u00e3o<\/span> pelo per\u00edodo m\u00ednimo de 3 anos<\/span>. Para os peritos, apesar de existir o suporte familiar, mesmo em contexto protegido e sob tratamento m\u00e9dico adequado, Dem\u00e9trius ainda n\u00e3o apresentou remiss\u00e3o dos sintomas, mant\u00e9m epis\u00f3dios psic\u00f3ticos, de altera\u00e7\u00e3o do comportamento e de frangofilia [Impulso de quebrar objetos].<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

De acordo com os peritos, a esquizofrenia paranoide e os sintomas apresentados por Dem\u00e9trius prejudicam a capacidade cr\u00edtica e o pragmatismo dele<\/span>. “Tais sintomas que estavam presentes \u00e0 \u00e9poca dos fatos permitem concluir que a capacidade de entendimento encontrava-se prejudicada, enquanto a capacidade de determina\u00e7\u00e3o restava abolida”, consta do laudo.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

O advogado da procuradora-geral Gabriela Samadello, Alberto Zacharias Toron disse que j\u00e1 manifestou-se favor\u00e1vel a homologa\u00e7\u00e3o do laudo. “N\u00f3s n\u00e3o impugnamos o laudo, n\u00f3s propusemos que seja homologado. As conclus\u00f5es, ao meu modo de ver, s\u00e3o irrefut\u00e1veis”.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

“Apenas o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico tem um assistente t\u00e9cnico e eles querem um pouco mais de tempo para se manifestar, mas eu tenho muita clareza de que, pelo menos, \u00e9 tudo muito correto”, disse Toron.<\/p>\n
