Um homem de 37 anos foi preso nessa quarta-feira (26), na Vila dos Pescadores, em Cubat\u00e3o. Ele era um procurado da Justi\u00e7a, acusado de envolvimento direto com o tr\u00e1fico de drogas na comunidade<\/strong>, mas tamb\u00e9m em outros pontos da Baixada Santista. Uma arma com muni\u00e7\u00f5es foram encontradas.<\/p>\n

De acordo com a Pol\u00edcia Civil, a equipe da Delegacia de Cubat\u00e3o descobriu que o foragido estava escondido em um im\u00f3vel da Vila dos Pescadores. E dessa forma seguia atuando com o tr\u00e1fico de entorpecentes, enviando as drogas para diversos pontos da Baixada Santista.<\/p>\n

Ao chegarem na comunidade, os investigadores dirigiram-se at\u00e9 o local, e ao baterem na porta, verificaram o momento em que o suspeito jogou pela janela uma pistola calibre 9 mm de numera\u00e7\u00e3o raspada, carregada com 15 cartuchos intactos, e um r\u00e1dio transmissor HT.<\/p>\n

Em seguida os policiais ingressaram no local e realizaram a captura do indiv\u00edduo. Dentro da casa, segundo a Pol\u00edcia Civil, tamb\u00e9m houve a apreens\u00e3o de um segundo carregador da pistola, com 15 cartuchos, o carregador do r\u00e1dio e um aparelho celular.<\/p>\n

Al\u00e9m de captur\u00e1-lo em raz\u00e3o da exist\u00eancia de mandado de pris\u00e3o condenat\u00f3ria pela pr\u00e1tica de tr\u00e1fico de drogas expedido pela Comarca de S\u00e3o Jos\u00e9 do Rio Preto, os policiais civis tamb\u00e9m deram voz de pris\u00e3o em flagrante pelo crime de porte ilegal de arma de fogo de uso restrito.<\/p>\n

O homem foi conduzido at\u00e9 a unidade policial, e ap\u00f3s a lavratura dos procedimentos de pol\u00edcia judici\u00e1ria, encaminhado ao sistema penitenci\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n
