Projeto de um novo complexo p\u00fablico educacional foi apresentado em Santos na manh\u00e3 desta quinta-feira (4).<\/p>\n

O projeto ser\u00e1 realizada na \u00e1rea onde funciona a Unidade Municipal de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o (UME) Edm\u00e9a Ladevig e o antigo Col\u00e9gio Marza, no Gonzaga.<\/p>\n

Ainda de acordo com as informa\u00e7\u00f5es, ser\u00e3o 4.800m\u00b2 de \u00e1rea constru\u00edda para atender estudantes que v\u00e3o receber aulas e desenvolver atividades educacionais em tempo integral.<\/p>\n

O edital para definir a empresa que far\u00e1 a obra deve ser lan\u00e7ado em julho, com in\u00edcio das obras previsto para 2024.<\/p>\n

A \u00e1rea foi comprada pelo Munic\u00edpio em dezembro do ano passado com a meta do Governo Municipal em aumentar o n\u00famero de alunos em tempo integral.<\/p>\n

Com o projeto arquitet\u00f4nico pronto, come\u00e7a a elabora\u00e7\u00e3o da planilha de custos que serve de base para preparar o edital de licita\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Reestrutura\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h4>\n

O Col\u00e9gio Marza foi fundado no come\u00e7o da d\u00e9cada de 70 e estava fechado h\u00e1 cerca de dez anos e transformar o espa\u00e7o exige uma ampla reestrutura\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n
