Um jovem de 18 anos foi preso nessa quinta-feira (04), acusado de compartilhar imagens e v\u00eddeo \u00edntimo<\/strong> de uma adolescente de 17 anos. O caso aconteceu em Juqui\u00e1 e ele vai responder pelos crimes constatados nos artigos 240 e 241A do Estatuto da Crian\u00e7a e do Adolescente.<\/p>\n

De acordo com a Pol\u00edcia Civil, a Delegacia de Defesa da Mulher (DDM) de Registro recebeu a den\u00fancia da adolescente, onde segundo ela, no \u00faltimo dia 10 de abril, ap\u00f3s o t\u00e9rmino do relacionamento, o ex-companheiro compartilhou com amigos, via aplicativo de mensagem, um v\u00eddeo \u00edntimo da v\u00edtima.<\/p>\n

Os policiais receberam o mandado de busca e apreens\u00e3o na casa do homem e ao chegarem na Rua Ant\u00f4nio Leal das Neves, no munic\u00edpio de Juqui\u00e1. Ele acabou sendo preso e o celular foi apreendido e encaminhado \u00e0 per\u00edcia criminal.<\/p>\n

Ainda segundo a Pol\u00edcia Civil, ser\u00e1 feito um laudo t\u00e9cnico para continuidade das investiga\u00e7\u00f5es e responsabiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do autor da pr\u00e1tica criminosa.<\/p>\n
