Policiais da Delegacia de Investiga\u00e7\u00f5es Gerais (DIG) de Registro prenderam nessa ter\u00e7a-feira (9) o gerente de um posto de combust\u00edveis da cidade. O estabelecimento foi lacrado e fechado em raz\u00e3o de venda de combust\u00edvel adulterado<\/strong>. A a\u00e7\u00e3o foi em conjunto com a Ag\u00eancia Nacional do Petr\u00f3leo, G\u00e1s Natural e Biocombust\u00edveis do Brasil (ANP), que fez uma fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Segundo a Pol\u00edcia Civil, o com\u00e9rcio havia sido interditado em 19 janeiro deste ano por vender combust\u00edvel adulterado. S\u00f3 que na ter\u00e7a-feira, os agentes identificaram que os lacres das bombas interditadas tinham sido rompidos e que a pr\u00e1tica criminosa voltou a ser realizada.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

O posto fica na Avenida Issamu Sasaki, na Vila Ribeir\u00f3polis. Segundo a Pol\u00edcia Civil, no come\u00e7o do ano gasolina tipo C era vendida pelo posto com \u00edndices de etanol anidro [considerado puro] acima do permitido.<\/p>\n

Em um dos tanques de gasolina do local, havia 32% do composto e o outro 43%. O volume aceito pela ANP \u00e9 de 27% de etanol anidro. Por isso, os tanques com gasolina adulterada foram interditados e lacrados.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Os policiais prenderam o gerente do posto em flagrante. Ele foi encaminhado \u00e0 delegacia e segue \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n
