S\u00e3o Vicente passa a contar com dois novos vereadores<\/strong>. A decis\u00e3o foi confirmada ap\u00f3s a recontagem dos votos da elei\u00e7\u00e3o de 2020, realizada na sede da 177\u00aa Zona Eleitoral.Com isso, Felipe Roma, o Rominha (PP) e Alfredo Moura (Pros) ter\u00e3o o direito de assumir uma cadeira no legislativo, ap\u00f3s a confer\u00eancia da presta\u00e7\u00e3o de contas.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

A recontagem foi determinada pelo Tribunal Superior Eleitoral (TSE), que anulou os votos dos vereadores Wagner Cabe\u00e7a e Eduardo Oliveira, ap\u00f3s um recurso especial de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o judicial eleitoral, que apontava que houve viola\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 cota de g\u00eanero, do antigo Partido Social Liberal (PSL).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

De acordo com o juiz eleitoral, Mario Roberto Negreiros Velloso, havia uma exig\u00eancia do TSE. Parte das cotas dos partidos tinham que ser reservadas \u00e0s mulheres. “O Tribunal entendeu que o partido usou candidatas “laranja”, que seriam apenas para compor a quantidade necess\u00e1ria na chapa e que n\u00e3o estariam participando efetivamente do pleito”.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Ainda segundo o juiz, com a comprova\u00e7\u00e3o, o TSE anulou os votos e uma nova contagem foi realizada. “O que fizemos foi a formalizada a decis\u00e3o do Tribunal. Cumprimos a efetividade da decis\u00e3o e em fun\u00e7\u00e3o da retirada dos vereadores. A recontagem nomeou os novos”, disse ele.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

A autoridade proclamou eleito Felipe Roma, o Rominha (PP), com 2167 votos e Alfredo Moura (Pros), com 1819. Eles passar\u00e3o pela fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o da presta\u00e7\u00e3o de contas. Se aprovadas, os dois tomam posse como membros do Legislativo.<\/p>\n

O processo digitalizado na sede do cart\u00f3rio durou cerca de 20 minutos. De acordo com a chefe do cart\u00f3rio, Cibele Nascimento Neri, o procedimento foi tranquilo e os eleitos j\u00e1 foram proclamados. “Encaminhamos o of\u00edcio e o relat\u00f3rio da totaliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos votos para C\u00e2mara dos Vereadores. Os dois novos vereadores ser\u00e3o empossados”, explicou.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
