A Justi\u00e7a determinou que o Governo de S\u00e3o Paulo elabore um projeto para auxiliar na investiga\u00e7\u00e3o de crimes ambientais<\/strong> em S\u00e3o Sebasti\u00e3o. In\u00fameras den\u00fancias de irregularidades contra o meio ambiente tem sido registrados e a decis\u00e3o foi publicada nesta sexta-feira (2).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

De acordo com o documento, que tem car\u00e1ter liminar, o juiz Vitor Hugo Aquino de Oliveira, da 1\u00aa Vara C\u00edvel de S\u00e3o Sebasti\u00e3o, considera que o estado precisa intervir com medidas administrativas. Oobojetivo \u00e9 garantir o andamento das investiga\u00e7\u00f5es de crimes ambientais no munic\u00edpio em at\u00e9 60 dias.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

A decis\u00e3o atende a um pedido do promotor Alfredo Lu\u00eds Portes Neto, do Grupo de Atua\u00e7\u00e3o Especial de Defesa do Meio Ambiente (GAEMA).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Na liminar, o magistrado considerada que o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico de S\u00e3o Paulo apresentou fatores que podem prejudicar o meio ambiente na cidade, como a ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o desordenada e irregular de algumas \u00e1reas, polui\u00e7\u00e3o por conta do porto e as pr\u00f3prias atividades portu\u00e1rias, onde h\u00e1 constante movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o de petr\u00f3leo e combust\u00edveis.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

O juiz considera que a Pol\u00edcia Judici\u00e1ria precisa de mais amparo e aparelhamento para investigar esses casos. Mas caso descumpra a decis\u00e3o, o estado ser\u00e1 multado em R$ 50 mil por dia, com a multa podendo atingir at\u00e9 R$ 500 mil.<\/p>\n
