Um homem acusado de matar a pr\u00f3pria companheira 40 anos no dia 16 de abri foi preso pela Pol\u00edcia na cidade de Santos.<\/p>\n

De acordo com as informa\u00e7\u00f5es, na data do crime, ele afirmou que ao chegou em casa,\u00a0 na Avenida Ana Costa, na Vila Matias, e encontrou sua esposa ca\u00edda no ch\u00e3o da sala.<\/p>\n

Ela estava de bru\u00e7os, com pano enrolado no pesco\u00e7o e o suspeito ainda tentou realizar um procedimento de reanima\u00e7\u00e3o, sem sucesso.<\/p>\n

As autoridades iniciaram investiga\u00e7\u00f5es para apurarem os fatos e analisarem as informa\u00e7\u00f5es, momento em que foi constatada diverg\u00eancia nas declara\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n

Sendo assim, foi constatado que a v\u00edtima n\u00e3o tinha condi\u00e7\u00f5es f\u00edsicas de produzir seu auto-exterm\u00ednio e o pano encontrado no seu pesco\u00e7o n\u00e3o permitia realizar um torniquete com tamanha press\u00e3o a ponto de ocasionar sua morte.<\/p>\n

Por fim, foram encontradas evid\u00eancias de que o local do crime foi modificado antes da chegada a pol\u00edcia.<\/p>\n

A autoridade policial ent\u00e3o representou pela pris\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria do indiv\u00edduo, ao ju\u00edzo do Tribunal do J\u00fari de Santos.<\/p>\n
