O an\u00fancio foi feito pelo ministro da Justi\u00e7a e Seguran\u00e7a P\u00fablica, Fl\u00e1vio Dino, nesta quinta-feira (22), em Bras\u00edlia. \u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.png?id=1539900&amp;o=node\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.gif?id=1539900&amp;o=node\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Este ser\u00e1 o primeiro dos mutir\u00f5es que dever\u00e3o ser peri\u00f3dicos, conforme previsto no\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.in.gov.br\/en\/web\/dou\/-\/decreto-n-11.567-de-19-de-junho-de-2023-490730044\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">decreto 11.567<\/a>, assinado pelo presidente Luiz In\u00e1cio Lula da Silva, na segunda-feira (19).\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/economia\/noticia\/2023-06\/governo-aumenta-minimo-existencial-de-r-303-para-r-600\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">O decreto<\/a>\u00a0elevou o valor do m\u00ednimo da renda mensal existencial de R$ 303 para R$ 600 para superendividados, que s\u00e3o pessoas que n\u00e3o conseguem pagar suas d\u00edvidas e manter o m\u00ednimo para sobreviver.<\/p>\n<p>O objetivo da medida \u00e9 proteger esses consumidores superendividados para que n\u00e3o ocorra o comprometimento do m\u00ednimo necess\u00e1rio para o pagamento de despesas b\u00e1sicas, como \u00e1gua e luz.<\/p>\n<h2>Efeito positivo<\/h2>\n<p>Fl\u00e1vio Dino acredita que o decreto ter\u00e1 efeito positivo. \u201cCom base no novo decreto editado pelo presidente Lula, achamos que o interesse dos superendividados em procurar os Procons e justi\u00e7a vai ampliado\u201d, afirmou.\u00a0O Procon \u00e9 um \u00f3rg\u00e3o p\u00fablico de defesa do consumidor, que integra um dos eixos do Sistema Nacional de Defesa Consumidor.<\/p>\n<p>O ministro destacou, ainda, que as empresas credoras devem participar de mutir\u00f5es de renegocia\u00e7\u00e3o de d\u00edvidas organizados pela Senacon.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos credores \u00e9 obrigat\u00f3ria. N\u00e3o \u00e9 uma possibilidade, \u00e9 uma obriga\u00e7\u00e3o.
