A Pol\u00edcia Ambiental flagrou armazenamento irregular de Tubar\u00e3o amea\u00e7ado de extin\u00e7\u00e3o na manh\u00e3 desta quinta-feira (23).<\/p>\n

De acordo com as informa\u00e7\u00f5es, equipes da a 5\u00aa Companhia de Pol\u00edcia Militar Ambiental Mar\u00edtima do 3\u00b0BPAmb, realizavam patrulhamento ostensivo e preventivo por terra.<\/p>\n

Eles estavam realizando a fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental de pesca nos com\u00e9rcios de peixes de Guaruj\u00e1 quando em vistoria na c\u00e2mara fria de um dos com\u00e9rcios, foi localizado dois exemplares de tubar\u00e3o, sem cabe\u00e7a, congelados, sendo constatado se tratar do tubar\u00e3o Anequim.<\/p>\n

Esta esp\u00e9cie em risco de extin\u00e7\u00e3o, sendo terminantemente proibida a pesca, transporte, beneficiamento, armazenamento e com\u00e9rcio.<\/p>\n

Ainda de acordo com as informa\u00e7\u00f5es, os respons\u00e1veis n\u00e3o comprovaram a origem do pescado, n\u00e3o possu\u00edam nota fiscal ou qualquer outro documento.<\/p>\n

Sendo assim, foram autuados em R$3.560,00 cada, totalizando R$ 7.120,00 em multas, por armazenar esp\u00e9cimes proeminentes da pesca proibida.<\/p>\n
