O j\u00fari popular ocorre no F\u00f3rum de S\u00e3o Vicente e Leandro Pereira da Silva, de 36 anos, \u00e9 acusado de matar Andressa Elizabete Jesus da Cruz, de 28 anos. S\u00f3 que devido a pandemia do coronav\u00edrus, o acesso ao local ser\u00e1 restrito.<\/p>\n<p>A mulher morreu na casa do suspeito em 2018 e em seguida foi enterrada no quintal. Na \u00e9poca Andressa, que morava em S\u00e3o Vicente, desapareceu na \u00e9poca. Segundo testemunhas, ela foi vista pela \u00faltima vez ao sair para cobrar de um homem um celular dela que havia sido furtado. Os familiares fizeram um boletim de ocorr\u00eancia e ap\u00f3s investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, encontraram o corpo dela enterrado. O motivo era porque houve a cobran\u00e7a da devolu\u00e7\u00e3o de um aparelho celular que havia sido furtado pelo suspeito.<\/p>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"51\" data-block-id=\"4\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">Em agosto de 2019, o homem foi ouvido durante uma audi\u00eancia\u00a0e afirmou que n\u00e3o\u00a0presenciou o assassinato e atribuiu os crimes, inclusive o furto do celular, a um homem apelidado de \u2018Cac\u00e1\u2019. Mas ele mas n\u00e3o deu informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre o paradeiro dele. Al\u00e9m dele, foram ouvidas as testemunhas de defesa e acusa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"41\" data-block-id=\"5\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">O Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico e a defesa de Leandro apresentaram alega\u00e7\u00f5es, e a Justi\u00e7a decidiu por encaminh\u00e1-lo para o j\u00fari popular. O juiz Alexandre Torres de Aguiar levou em considera\u00e7\u00e3o os depoimentos das testemunhas e as provas apresentadas nos autos.<\/p>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"42\" data-block-id=\"8\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">Al\u00e9m disso, o magistrado ainda alegou que a motiva\u00e7\u00e3o do crime foi torpe. Isso porque Silva a matou por ficar insatisfeito com o fato da v\u00edtima cobr\u00e1-lo pelo furto do celular. Diante da decis\u00e3o, Leandro responde por homic\u00eddio triplamente qualificado e oculta\u00e7\u00e3o de cad\u00e1ver.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"60\" data-block-id=\"9\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">Na julgamento desta ter\u00e7a-feira, ser\u00e3o ouvidas quatro testemunhas, que servir\u00e3o tanto para a defesa quando para a acusa\u00e7\u00e3o. O suspeito tamb\u00e9m ser\u00e1 interrogado na frente dos sete jurados, que s\u00e3o moradores de S\u00e3o Vicente.
