J\u00e1 as transa\u00e7\u00f5es feitas por TED e DOC registraram quedas de 29% no mesmo per\u00edodo. Os dados, divulgados nesta quarta-feira (28), s\u00e3o da Pesquisa Febraban de Tecnologia Banc\u00e1ria 2023 (ano-base 2022), da Federa\u00e7\u00e3o Brasileira de Bancos (Febraban).<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.png?id=1540896&amp;o=node\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.gif?id=1540896&amp;o=node\" \/><\/p>\n<p>O n\u00famero de usu\u00e1rios \u2013 pessoas f\u00edsica ou jur\u00eddica \u2013 que realizaram, no m\u00ednimo, 30 transa\u00e7\u00f5es instant\u00e2neas pelo Pix, por m\u00eas, tamb\u00e9m cresceu em 2022: foram 46 milh\u00f5es de usu\u00e1rios de alta frequ\u00eancia, uma eleva\u00e7\u00e3o de 131% em compara\u00e7\u00e3o ao ano anterior. A quantidade de usu\u00e1rios que recebeu mais de 30 Pix por m\u00eas, tamb\u00e9m teve forte alta: chegou a 33 milh\u00f5es, um crescimento de 106% em compara\u00e7\u00e3o a 2021.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDesde que o Pix entrou em funcionamento, os volumes significativos de transa\u00e7\u00f5es e de ades\u00f5es de clientes \u00e0 ferramenta comprovam a efici\u00eancia e aceita\u00e7\u00e3o do meio de pagamento. Com a expans\u00e3o de novas modalidades previstas na agenda regulat\u00f3ria, avaliamos que as transa\u00e7\u00f5es tendem a aumentar ainda mais e fazer com que com\u00e9rcios e servi\u00e7os ampliem a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o da ferramenta como meio de pagamento\u201d, disse o diretor do Comit\u00ea de Inova\u00e7\u00e3o e Tecnologia da Febraban, Rodrigo Mulinari.<\/p>\n<p>Ao todo, os brasileiros fizeram, no ano passado, 163,3 bilh\u00f5es de transa\u00e7\u00f5es banc\u00e1rias nos v\u00e1rios canais de atendimento disponibilizados pelas institui\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras, representando um aumento de 30% ante 2021, a maior taxa de crescimento registrada at\u00e9 hoje.<\/p>\n<p>O canal preferido em 2022 foi o celular (66%), seguido dos pontos de venda no com\u00e9rcio (15%), computador (11%), outros canais (3%), caixas eletr\u00f4nicos (3%), ag\u00eancias banc\u00e1rias (2%), WhatsApp (0,03%). Esses n\u00fameros em 2021 foram: celular (55%), pontos de venda no com\u00e9rcio (18%), computador (14%), outros canais (4%), caixas eletr\u00f4nicos (6%), ag\u00eancias banc\u00e1rias (3%), e WhatsApp (0,01%).<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com o levantamento, o n\u00famero de contas-correntes abertas em 2022 foi de 46,2 milh\u00f5es. Desse total, 63% foram criadas por canais digitais (mobile banking e internet banking).
