O Procon de S\u00e3o Sebasti\u00e3o, recebeu a den\u00fancia de um comerciante do munic\u00edpio sobre tentativa de golpe usando o nome do instituto.<\/p>\n

De acordo com o cidad\u00e3o, uma pessoa entrou em contato por e-mail se passando por colaborador do Procon e fez falsa notifica\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 empresa, solicitando pagamento por suposta infra\u00e7\u00e3o por desrespeito a rela\u00e7\u00e3o de consumo.<\/p>\n

Ainda de acordo com o diretor do Procon de S\u00e3o Sebasti\u00e3o, Andr\u00e9 Luiz Batelochi de Ara\u00fajo, lembra que o \u00f3rg\u00e3o tem emitido frequentes alertas sobre o envio de e-mail com mensagens falsas a fornecedores e consumidores.<\/p>\n

Batelocchi pede aten\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 essa pr\u00e1tica e informa que o Procon n\u00e3o encaminha e-mails com link ou documentos em anexo. Qualquer e-mail em nome do Procon com indica\u00e7\u00e3o para clicar em algum link ou abrir documento anexado \u00e9 falso e deve ser ignorado.<\/p>\n

Sendo assim, toda intera\u00e7\u00e3o com consumidores e fornecedores \u00e9 realizada pelo site www.procon.sp.gov.br<\/a>.<\/p>\n
