O Policial Militar acusado de matar MC Primo ir\u00e1 ao j\u00fari popular pelo crime cometido h\u00e1 mais de 10 anos na cidade de S\u00e3o Vicente.<\/p>\n

De acordo com as informa\u00e7\u00f5es, ele foi denunciado pelo Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico e o Segundo o juiz da 1\u00b0 Vara Criminal do munic\u00edpio, Alexandre Torres Aguiar afirmou em sua decis\u00e3o que todos os ind\u00edcios s\u00e3o suficientes para que ele seja julgado.<\/p>\n

Ainda de acordo com as informa\u00e7\u00f5es, uma das testemunhas reconheceu Anderson de Freitas e disse que ele estava na cena do crime.<\/p>\n

Sendo assim, o PM que est\u00e1 no Pres\u00eddio Militar Rom\u00e3o Gomes desde dezembro do ano passado, ser\u00e1 julgado por homic\u00eddio doloso.<\/p>\n

Por fim, Anderson estava solto at\u00e9 ano passando, quando foi preso pela Pol\u00edcia para que a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o fosse conclu\u00edda.<\/p>\n

O caso ainda est\u00e1 em an\u00e1lise pela Defesa Recursal, sem poss\u00edveis datas para o julgamento.<\/p>\n
