Estudo publicado na revista cient\u00edfica \u201cJournal of the American Academy of Dermatology<\/strong>\u201d constatou que\u00a0 alguns medicamentos podem causar c\u00e2ncer e diabetes. Os medicamentos s\u00e3o os cl\u00e1ssicos como aspirina, hidroclorotiazida (HCT, diur\u00e9tico usado contra hipertens\u00e3o), estatinas e omeprazol.<\/p>\n

Segundo o estudo dinamarqu\u00eas, o uso de hidroclorotiazida est\u00e1 associado \u00e0 maior incid\u00eancia de alguns tipos espec\u00edficos das enfermidades observadas.<\/p>\n

De acordo com a pesquisa, entre 2004 e 2012 foram analisados casos de 80 mil pessoas que tiveram c\u00e2ncer. E outro 1,5 milh\u00e3o que n\u00e3o desenvolveu a doen\u00e7a.<\/p>\n

Ao longo de oito anos de an\u00e1lise, concluiu-se que h\u00e1 uma\u00a0chance at\u00e9 29% maior de incid\u00eancia para carcinoma de c\u00e9lula basal e at\u00e9 tr\u00eas vezes maior para o carcinoma de c\u00e9lulas escamosas.<\/p>\n

N\u00e3o por acaso, conforme apontou a\u00a0OMS (Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o Mundial da Sa\u00fade)<\/strong>, os c\u00e2nceres de pele afetam 165 mil pessoas e matam cerca de 2 mil pessoas ao ano no Brasil \u2013 um dos pa\u00edses que mais consomem rem\u00e9dios no mundo.<\/p>\n
