A orienta\u00e7\u00e3o dada pela Prefeitura de Santos desde o \u00faltimo dia 13 de junho se torna ainda mais necess\u00e1ria ap\u00f3s ser decretada emerg\u00eancia zoossanit\u00e1ria pelo Governo do Estado nesta semana.<\/p>\n

Das 13 aves confirmadas com gripe avi\u00e1ria no Estado de S\u00e3o Paulo, tr\u00eas foram capturadas em Santos. Todas da esp\u00e9cie migrat\u00f3ria trinta-r\u00e9is.<\/p>\n

N\u00e3o h\u00e1, at\u00e9 o momento, nenhuma confirma\u00e7\u00e3o de que aves locais, como pombos, sejam transmissores da doen\u00e7a. Por\u00e9m, em um momento de emerg\u00eancia zoossanit\u00e1ria, o Centro de Controle de Zoonoses e Vetor de Santos refor\u00e7a a import\u00e2ncia de n\u00e3o manipular estes animais.<\/p>\n

O que fazer<\/h4>\n

Caso encontre uma ave de qualquer esp\u00e9cie que esteja morta ou apresente um aspecto adoentado, o mun\u00edcipe deve telefonar para a Guarda Municipal (153), para o Instituto Gremar (animais marinhos ou que estejam na faixa de areia \u2013 13 99711-4120) ou Pol\u00edcia Militar Ambiental (13 – 3348-4750). Jamais se deve recolh\u00ea-la ou dar qualquer encaminhamento inadequado, que \u00e9 considerado um comportamento de alto risco sanit\u00e1rio neste momento.<\/p>\n
