A empresa 123milhas protocolou um pedido de recupera\u00e7\u00e3o judicial no Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a de Minas Gerais nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (29).\u00a0No dia 18 de agosto, a ag\u00eancia de viagens suspendeu a emiss\u00e3o de passagens para embarques previstos entre setembro e dezembro deste ano, por “motivos alheios \u00e0 sua vontade\u201d.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Segundo a empresa, a recupera\u00e7\u00e3o judicial tem como objetivo assegurar o cumprimento dos compromissos assumidos com clientes, ex-colaboradores e fornecedores. \u201cA recupera\u00e7\u00e3o judicial permitir\u00e1 concentrar em um s\u00f3 ju\u00edzo todos os valores devidos. A empresa avalia que, desta forma, chegar\u00e1 mais r\u00e1pido a solu\u00e7\u00f5es com todos os credores para, progressivamente, reequilibrar sua situa\u00e7\u00e3o financeira\u201d, informou em nota.<\/p>\n

A empresa garante que permanece fornecendo dados, informa\u00e7\u00f5es e esclarecimentos \u00e0s autoridades competentes sempre que solicitados.<\/p>\n

A Defensoria P\u00fablica de Minas Gerais entrou com uma\u00a0a\u00e7\u00e3o civil p\u00fablica<\/a>\u00a0contra a 123Milhas Viagens e Turismo e sua s\u00f3cia Novum Investimentos Participa\u00e7\u00f5es, pedindo que a empresa fa\u00e7a a emiss\u00e3o das passagens a\u00e9reas contratadas ou que indenize os consumidores lesados pela suspens\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os.\u00a0A Secretaria Nacional do Consumidor (Senacon) tamb\u00e9m\u00a0notificou a empresa<\/a>\u00a0para prestar os esclarecimentos.<\/p>\n
