O Telef\u00e9rico \u00e9 um grande equipamento, mas vinha h\u00e1 anos se endividando. No in\u00edcio do governo deixamos claro que a cidade precisava avan\u00e7ar. Pressionamos e tamb\u00e9m apresentamos o nosso projeto para o desenvolvimento de S\u00e3o Vicente. Creio que isso motivou o acordo, que foi vantajoso para ambos os lados e possibilitar\u00e1 o avan\u00e7o de novos projetos da empresa. Esse \u00e9 mais um ind\u00edcio de que a iniciativa privada est\u00e1 vislumbrando boas oportunidades para injetar novos investimentos na Cidade. Esse acordo, al\u00e9m de amenizar nossas dificuldades financeiras, que s\u00e3o muitas, demonstra que estamos resgatando a credibilidade de S\u00e3o Vicente\u201d<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>A Secretaria da Fazenda (Sefaz) ressalta que o valor renegociado em R$3,2 milh\u00f5es com a empresa foi quitado \u00e0 vista e utilizado para arcar com a remunera\u00e7\u00e3o dos servidores p\u00fablicos do \u00faltimo m\u00eas.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>O representante do Telef\u00e9rico, R\u00f4mulo Ven\u00e2ncio, enalteceu o trabalho da gest\u00e3o e pontuou algumas dos investimentos projetados para o Itarar\u00e9.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<blockquote>\n<div>\u201cO prefeito tem realizado um trabalho s\u00e9rio buscando fomentar o turismo e o desenvolvimento econ\u00f4mico local. Temos dialogado em prol de uma s\u00e9rie de projetos que trar\u00e3o mais atra\u00e7\u00f5es para o Itarar\u00e9. Estamos em estudo para que, no futuro, uma roda gigante seja constru\u00edda, e seguimos dispostos a trazer mais novidades que fortale\u00e7am ainda mais o turismo vicentino\u201d<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>O trabalho conjunto entre Prefeitura e empresariado pode alavancar a economia do Munic\u00edpio. Novas constru\u00e7\u00f5es ou amplia\u00e7\u00f5es estruturais podem, consequentemente, resultar na gera\u00e7\u00e3o de empregos, al\u00e9m de despertar interesses por parte dos moradores de outras cidades e, at\u00e9 mesmo, estados.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>A atual gest\u00e3o municipal tem prezado pelo di\u00e1logo com a iniciativa privada e, tamb\u00e9m, com os governos Federal e Estadual. A estrat\u00e9gia j\u00e1 vislumbra atrair investimentos para que a Cidade atinja um outro patamar de desenvolvimento, tendo em vista o anivers\u00e1rio de 500 da Primeira do Brasil, que ser\u00e1 comemorado em 2032.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Sendo assim, Kayo Amado explicou quais ser\u00e3o as pr\u00f3ximas etapas.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<blockquote>\n<div>\u201cEstamos promovendo um pacote de melhorias estruturais que visam atrair o turismo e potencializar a economia da Cidade, trazendo uma \u2018cara nova\u2019 \u00e0 Cidade, com um centro comercial mais acess\u00edvel, que vai desde a revitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de cart\u00f5es-postais como a Orla do Gonzaguinha \u00e0 recupera\u00e7\u00e3o recupera\u00e7\u00e3o das cal\u00e7adas e coberturas do Centro.
