Ele \u00e9 o\u00a0segundo r\u00e9u julgado pelos atos golpistas de 8 de janeiro.<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.png?id=1555374&amp;o=node\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.gif?id=1555374&amp;o=node\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Os ministros\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/justica\/noticia\/2023-09\/moraes-condena-segundo-reu-pelo-81-14-anos-de-prisao\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">seguiram voto proferido pelo relator, ministro Alexandre de Moraes<\/a>, e entenderam que o r\u00e9u cometeu cinco crimes:\u00a0associa\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa armada, aboli\u00e7\u00e3o violenta do Estado Democr\u00e1tico de Direito, tentativa de golpe de Estado, dano qualificado pela viol\u00eancia e grave amea\u00e7a e deteriora\u00e7\u00e3o de patrim\u00f4nio tombado.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9m ficou definido que o condenado dever\u00e1 pagar solidariamente com outros investigados o valor de R$ 30 milh\u00f5es de ressarcimento pela participa\u00e7\u00e3o na depreda\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>O r\u00e9u estava no Pal\u00e1cio do Planalto, onde foi preso pela Pol\u00edcia Militar. Ele continua preso no pres\u00eddio da Papuda, no Distrito Federal.<\/p>\n<p>O entendimento pela condena\u00e7\u00e3o pelos cinco crimes foi acompanhado pelos ministros Cristiano Zanin, Edson Fachin, Dias Toffoli, C\u00e1rmen L\u00facia, Gilmar Mendes e Rosa Weber.<\/p>\n<p>Nunes Marques s\u00f3 reconheceu a condena\u00e7\u00e3o pelos dois crimes patrimoniais e absolveu o acusado por golpe de Estado e viola\u00e7\u00e3o do Estado democr\u00e1tico. Andr\u00e9 Mendon\u00e7a e Lu\u00eds Roberto Barroso condenaram por quatro crimes.<\/p>\n<p>A defesa de Thiago Mathar declarou que ele\u00a0n\u00e3o participou da depreda\u00e7\u00e3o do Pal\u00e1cio do Planalto. Segundo o advogado Hery Waldir,\u00a0Thiago estava se &#8220;manifestando pacificamente&#8221;.
