A Guarda Civil Municipal (GCM) de Santos deteve, na noite da \u00faltima segunda-feira (18), um homem, de 43 anos, acusado de estupro a um adolescente de 17 anos na orla da praia do Gonzaga.<\/p>\n

Uma equipe da GCM em patrulhamento pelas imedia\u00e7\u00f5es do Posto Salva-vidas 2, foi acionada por mun\u00edcipes apontando um movimento suspeito de um indiv\u00edduo.<\/p>\n

De acordo com as informa\u00e7\u00f5es, os guardas, ent\u00e3o, realizaram a abordagem, mas enfrentaram forte resist\u00eancia do acusado, que estava bastante alterado, sendo contido pelos agentes municipais.<\/p>\n

Ainda de acordo com as informa\u00e7\u00f5es, os policiais militaram chegaram ao local e notaram que o acusado apresentava as mesmas caracter\u00edsticas f\u00edsicas apontadas pela v\u00edtima de suspeita de estupro.<\/p>\n

Sendo assim, o crime teria ocorrido minutos antes no Posto Salva-vidas 3.<\/p>\n

O homem foi levado pela PM para o 7\u00ba Distrito Policial. O caso est\u00e1 sendo apurado pelas autoridades policiais.<\/p>\n

Por fim, o adolescente, acompanhado de uma respons\u00e1vel, passou por atendimento m\u00e9dico na UPA da Zona Leste e, em seguida, no Instituto M\u00e9dico Legal (IML). Ap\u00f3s os exames, uma guarni\u00e7\u00e3o da GCM os levou para sua resid\u00eancia.<\/p>\n
