Um homem foi preso ap\u00f3s colocar um colch\u00e3o de casal para dormir no quintal da casa em que mora a ex-esposa.<\/p>\n

A mulher tem contra ele uma medida protetiva de urg\u00eancia por ter sofrido viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica, no bairro s\u00e3o manuel, em\u00a0Guaruj\u00e1.<\/p>\n

Segundo o boletim de ocorr\u00eancia (bo), a mulher acionou a pm e os agentes constataram que o homem estava no im\u00f3vel xingando a v\u00edtima.<\/p>\n

Aos policiais ela disse que o ex-marido entrou no quintal dela, colocou o colch\u00e3o no ch\u00e3o e avisou que dormiria no local. Quando ela fez men\u00e7\u00e3o de acionar a pm contou que come\u00e7ou a ser xingada e amea\u00e7ada de morte.<\/p>\n

O homem afirmou \u00e0 pol\u00edcia que tem conhecimento da medida protetiva, e que n\u00e3o pode se aproximar da mulher, mas ponderou que a casa \u00e9 dele e n\u00e3o tem onde morar. Ele negou ter feito ofensas.<\/p>\n

Diante dos fatos, o delegado do 7\u00b0 distrito policial (dp) do munic\u00edpio decretou a pris\u00e3o em flagrante do homem e requisitou exame cautelar no instituto m\u00e9dico legal Iiml).<\/p>\n
