No acumulado do ano (janeiro a dezembro), foram registradas 23.257.812 admiss\u00f5es e 21.774.214 desligamentos.\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.png?id=1578535&amp;o=node\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.gif?id=1578535&amp;o=node\" \/><\/p>\n<p>O maior crescimento do emprego formal em 2023 ocorreu no setor de servi\u00e7os, com a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de 886.256 postos. No com\u00e9rcio, foram criados 276.528 postos; na constru\u00e7\u00e3o 158.940; na ind\u00fastria, 127.145;\u00a0e na agropecu\u00e1ria, o saldo foi de 34.762 postos.<\/p>\n<p>O sal\u00e1rio m\u00e9dio de admiss\u00e3o foi\u00a0R$ 2.037,94.<\/p>\n<p>Nas 27 unidades federativas ocorreram saldos positivos, com destaque para S\u00e3o Paulo (390.719 postos, +3%), Rio de Janeiro (160.570 postos, +4,7%) e Minas Gerais (140.836 postos, +3,2%). Nas regi\u00f5es, as maiores gera\u00e7\u00f5es ocorreram no Sudeste, (726.327), Nordeste (298.188) e Sul (197.659). O maior crescimento foi verificado no Nordeste, 5,2%, com gera\u00e7\u00e3o de 106.375 postos no ano.<\/p>\n<p>A maioria das vagas criadas em 2023 foram preenchidas por homens (840.740). Mulheres ocuparam\u00a0642.892 novos postos. A faixa et\u00e1ria com maior saldo foi a de 18 a 24 anos, com 1.158.532 postos.<\/p>\n<p>Os resultados de 2023 n\u00e3o atingiram as previs\u00f5es do ministro do Trabalho e Emprego, Luiz Marinho, que\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/economia\/noticia\/2023-06\/ministro-projeta-mais-de-2-milhoes-de-empregos-formais-em-2023\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">projetava a gera\u00e7\u00e3o de mais de 2 milh\u00f5es de empregos<\/a>\u00a0com carteira assinada no ano. Segundo ele, o resultado\u00a0pode ter sido influenciado pela informalidade, especialmente na agricultura, al\u00e9m de fatores econ\u00f4micos como os juros e o endividamento, que teve uma queda insuficiente para influenciar no mercado de contrata\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Do jeito que n\u00f3s herdamos a gest\u00e3o do pa\u00eds, eu creio que foi um n\u00famero razo\u00e1vel.
