At\u00e9 o momento, o placar est\u00e1 em 5 votos a 1 em favor da descriminaliza\u00e7\u00e3o apenas do porte de maconha.<\/p>\n<p>Os ministros tamb\u00e9m discutem se estabelecem um crit\u00e9rio objetivo, uma quantidade espec\u00edfica de maconha, para diferenciar o usu\u00e1rio do traficante de drogas. Pelos votos proferidos at\u00e9 o momento, esse montante pode ficar entre 25g a 60g.<\/p>\n<p>A maioria, at\u00e9 agora, se mostrou favor\u00e1vel tamb\u00e9m \u00e0 libera\u00e7\u00e3o do cultivo de at\u00e9 seis plantas f\u00eameas de\u00a0<em>Cannabis<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>O caso volta a plen\u00e1rio ap\u00f3s terminar o prazo regimental de 90 dias da vista pedida pelo ministro Andr\u00e9 Mendon\u00e7a, que dever\u00e1 ser o pr\u00f3ximo a votar.<\/p>\n<p>Na retomada anterior do caso, em agosto do ano passado, o ministro Cristiano Zanin, ent\u00e3o rec\u00e9m-empossado, votou contra a descriminaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do porte de maconha, sendo o primeiro voto divergente nesse sentido.<\/p>\n<p>Zanin opinou para que o porte e uso pessoal continue a ser crime, admitindo somente que o Supremo estabele\u00e7a um limite para diferenciar uso de tr\u00e1fico.<\/p>\n<p>Na mesma ocasi\u00e3o, a ministra Rosa Weber, hoje aposentada, votou a favor da descriminaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do porte de maconha.
