Cerca de 9 mil pacientes da Faixa de Gaza devem ser retirados com urg\u00eancia para tratamento, no momento em que o territ\u00f3rio palestino conta com apenas 10 hospitais funcionando minimamente, alertou hoje a Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o Mundial de Sa\u00fade (OMS).<\/p>\n

“Com apenas 10 hospitais operando com capacidade m\u00ednima em Gaza, milhares de pacientes continuam privados de cuidados de sa\u00fade”, alertou o diretor-geral da OMS, Tedros Ghebreyesus Adhanom, em uma publica\u00e7\u00e3o nas redes sociais.<\/p>\n

Antes da guerra, Gaza tinha 36 hospitais, segundo dados da OMS.<\/p>\n

“Cerca de 9 mil pacientes precisam ser transferidos urgentemente para o estrangeiro para servi\u00e7os de sa\u00fade vitais, incluindo tratamento de c\u00e2ncer, ferimentos causados por bombardeios, di\u00e1lise renal e outras doen\u00e7as cr\u00f4nicas”, disse o respons\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n

Este n\u00famero corresponde a mil pacientes a mais do que na \u00faltima contagem da OMS, no in\u00edcio do m\u00eas.<\/p>\n
