Um motociclista de 37 anos ficou ferido ap\u00f3s ser atingido por um carro que avan\u00e7ou o sinal vermelho<\/strong> em Santos<\/a>, neste s\u00e1bado (17). De acordo com a Pol\u00edcia Civil, dois homens que estavam no carro, de 28 e 33 anos, foram detidos ap\u00f3s provocarem o acidente.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

De acordo com informa\u00e7\u00f5es da Companhia de Engenharia de Tr\u00e1fego (CET-Santos), o acidente ocorreu na Avenida Ana Costa, sentido Centro da cidade, na esquina com a Rua Joaquim T\u00e1vora, por volta das 7h50.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Conforme informa\u00e7\u00f5es da Pol\u00edcia Civil, uma equipe da PM realizava patrulhamento pela regi\u00e3o quando foi acionada para atender o acidente de tr\u00e2nsito. No local, os militares encontraram o motociclista ferido ap\u00f3s ser atropelado pelo carro.<\/p>\n

De acordo com a pol\u00edcia, os dois ocupantes do carro informaram que consumiram bebidas alco\u00f3licas e se recusaram a realizar teste de embriaguez. O motorista ainda informou que n\u00e3o tem habilita\u00e7\u00e3o e atravessou o sinal vermelho, atingindo o motociclista.<\/p>\n

O caso foi registrado pela Central de Pol\u00edcia Judici\u00e1ria (CPJ) de Santos como les\u00e3o corporal culposa na dire\u00e7\u00e3o de ve\u00edculo automotor, permitir dire\u00e7\u00e3o de ve\u00edculo automotor a pessoa n\u00e3o habilitada e embriaguez ao volante.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

De acordo com a prefeitura, o condutor da motocicleta foi encaminhada \u00e0 Unidade de Pronto Atendimento (UPA) Central. Um poste de sem\u00e1foro de pedestre foi abalroado e j\u00e1 foi reparado. O local ficou bloqueado, sendo liberado \u00e0s 9h45.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
