Os pms alegaram que jefferson apontou uma arma para eles, mas segundo o minist\u00e9rio p\u00fablico, os policiais sabiam que ele estava desarmado e simularam uma apreens\u00e3o de pistola calibre ponto 40 e de uma mochila com drogas.<\/p>\n

\u00c0 \u00e9poca, pessoas pr\u00f3ximas disseram que jefferson era dependente qu\u00edmico e vivia em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de rua. nesta quarta-feira, a justi\u00e7a aceitou a den\u00fancia do minist\u00e9rio p\u00fablico e determinou afastamento dos policiais do servi\u00e7o de rua.<\/p>\n

Eles responder\u00e3o em liberdade e far\u00e3o atividades administrativas da corpora\u00e7\u00e3o.\/\/ esta \u00e9 a segunda den\u00fancia envolvendo a\u00e7\u00f5es policiais na opera\u00e7\u00e3o escudo.<\/p>\n
