O com\u00e9rcio de Guaruj\u00e1 e de Vicente de Carvalho ter\u00e1 seu hor\u00e1rio de funcionamento ampliado. O prefeito de Guaruj\u00e1, ir\u00e1 sancionar um Projeto de Lei Complementar que estabelece novo hor\u00e1rio aos estabelecimentos: em vez de uma jornada entre 8 e 20 horas, ser\u00e1 poss\u00edvel funcionar das 8 \u00e0 meia-noite.<\/p>\n

A medida come\u00e7a a vigorar j\u00e1 a partir deste s\u00e1bado (25), com a publica\u00e7\u00e3o no Di\u00e1rio Oficial do Munic\u00edpio.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Al\u00e9m da san\u00e7\u00e3o do PLC quanto \u00e0 amplia\u00e7\u00e3o do hor\u00e1rio at\u00e9 meia-noite, durante a cerim\u00f4nia o Chefe do Executivo far\u00e1 a regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o do decreto que determina hor\u00e1rio especial aos comerciantes que desejam estender o hor\u00e1rio de funcionamento ap\u00f3s a meia-noite, e que, com a medida, n\u00e3o precisar\u00e3o mais renovar o pedido anualmente, j\u00e1 que ele ocorrer\u00e1 de forma autom\u00e1tica. O hor\u00e1rio especial ter\u00e1 validade durante o exerc\u00edcio que for requerido, renovando-se automaticamente, independente de requerimento do interessado.<\/p>\n

S\u00e3o esperadas na cerim\u00f4nia no Gabinete do prefeito representantes da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Comercial e Empresarial de Guaruj\u00e1 (Aceg); C\u00e2mara de Dirigentes Lojistas (CDL); Movimento Com\u00e9rcio Forte de Vicente de Carvalho; Sindicato de Hot\u00e9is,\u00a0Restaurantes, Bares e Similares da Baixada Santista e Vale do Ribeira (Sinhores), e tamb\u00e9m, o Movimento Guaruj\u00e1 2034.<\/p>\n

O autor da propositura justifica a iniciativa: \u201cVivemos numa cidade tur\u00edstica e a vida noturna tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 um grande gerador de emprego e renda, al\u00e9m de nossas belas praias. O hor\u00e1rio especial \u00e9 um pleito antigo dos comerciantes e, com a devida fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o para impedir excessos, s\u00f3 vai trazer benef\u00edcios\u201d, explica o vereador.<\/p>\n
