De acordo com as informa\u00e7\u00f5es, sob como\u00e7\u00e3o popular, ele se ajoelhou no ch\u00e3o e pediu desculpas.<\/p>\n

O idosos cesar fine torresi foi atacado ap\u00f3s atravessar a rua piraj\u00e1 da silva, no bairro aparecida, de m\u00e3os dadas com o neto, de 11 anos.<\/p>\n

Ainda de acordo com o boletim de ocorr\u00eancia, tiago dirigia um carro e freou bruscamente, momento em que o idoso apoiou as m\u00e3os sobre o cap\u00f4 do ve\u00edculo.<\/p>\n

Sendo assim, o motorista ent\u00e3o saiu do autom\u00f3vel e chutou cesar no peito. A reconstitui\u00e7\u00e3o do crime contou com a presen\u00e7a de tiago, do advogado dele, de um promotor do minist\u00e9rio p\u00fablico de s\u00e3o paulo e autoridades policiais.<\/p>\n

O filho da v\u00edtima, bruno cesar fine torresi, tamb\u00e9m participou. Durante o procedimento, tr\u00eas vers\u00f5es foram reproduzidas: do autor do crime, do neto da v\u00edtima e de uma testemunha – um m\u00e9dico que auxiliou nos primeiros socorros de cesar e viu apenas parte do ocorrido.<\/p>\n
