Ele \u00e9 acusado de cometer improbidade administrativa na contrata\u00e7\u00e3o de uma empresa de eventos. A irregularidade teria ocorrido no mandato anterior dele, em 2016.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wall protected-content\">\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"34\" data-block-id=\"3\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">Segundo a decis\u00e3o do juiz Vitor Hugo Aquino de Oliveira, o valor do bloqueio \u00e9 de R$ 1,5 milh\u00e3o e o valor m\u00ednimo da multa adicional \u00e9 de R$ 154 mil. Mas al\u00e9m de Toninho, a determina\u00e7\u00e3o abrange o bloqueio de bens da ex-secreta\u0301ria de desenvolvimento econo\u0302mico, Cleuza Maciel, do ent\u00e3o e tamb\u00e9m atual secret\u00e1rio jur\u00eddico, Lu\u00eds Henrique Homem Alves, e dois empres\u00e1rios. Al\u00e9m disso, a empresa respons\u00e1vel pela loca\u00e7\u00e3o da estrutura de eventos tamb\u00e9m teve os bens bloqueados.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"20\" data-block-id=\"5\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">O processo corre em segredo de justi\u00e7a e cabe recurso. A a\u00e7\u00e3o que deu origem \u00e0 decis\u00e3o \u00e9 do promotor Cau\u00e3 Nogueira de Ara\u00fajo, do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico. No texto dela, o MP aponta que foi gasto o valor de R$ 1,5 milh\u00e3o com locac\u0327a\u0303o sem licita\u00e7\u00e3o de estruturas, palco, tenda, geradores, arquibancadas, camarins e e outros itens para eventos de agosto a outubro de 2016.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"65\" data-block-id=\"7\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">A dispensa da licita\u00e7\u00e3o se deveu ao fato de que o Tribunal de Contas do Estado de Sa\u0303o Paulo (TCE-SP) anulou o processo de contrata\u00e7\u00e3o devido a irregularidades encontradas. Segundo a promotoria, a culpa pelo cancelamento foi da pr\u00f3pria Prefeitura de Ilhabela. Ela lan\u00e7ou um edital falho e, por isso, n\u00e3o seria caso de dispensar a licita\u00e7\u00e3o j\u00e1 que os eventos j\u00e1 estavam sendo programados h\u00e1 meses.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"content-ads content-ads--reveal\" data-block-type=\"ads\" data-block-id=\"8\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"45\" data-block-id=\"9\">\n<p class=\"content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">O pagamento do contrato inicial foi rescindido e ent\u00e3o foi feito um novo processo de contratac\u0327a\u0303o emergencial com dispensa de licita\u00e7\u00e3o no valor de R$ 1 milh\u00e3o, novamente sob o aval do secret\u00e1rio jur\u00eddico. O TCE julgou como irregular todo o procedimento feito pelo executivo.<\/p>\n<h3 data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\">Resposta<\/h3>\n<p data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\">A assessoria de imprensa da Prefeitura de Ilhabela foi procurada para responder sobre o bloqueio de bens do prefeito. Por meio de nota a administra\u00e7\u00e3o informou que tanto o prefeito quanto o secret\u00e1rio n\u00e3o foram citados.
