O policial militar anderson de oliveira freitas, acusado de matar o funkeiro Jadielson da Silva Almeida, o MC Primo, a tiros em abril de 2012, em s\u00e3o vicente, foi absolvido por maioria dos votos ap\u00f3s enfrentar j\u00fari popular, na noite desta ter\u00e7a-feira (17).<\/p>\n

Na ocasi\u00e3o do crime, mc primo foi abordado por criminosos que estavam em uma motocicleta e em um carro branco quando chegava em sua resid\u00eancia, no bairro j\u00f3quei clube.<\/p>\n

Um homem encapuzado teria abordado o mc e, ap\u00f3s pedir que a mulher e os dois filhos do funkeiro entrassem na casa, teria efetuado 11 disparos contra o funkeiro.<\/p>\n

Em dezembro de 2023, o minist\u00e9rio p\u00fablico, apresentou a den\u00fancia contra o policial, pois um exame pericial comprovou que um dos 11 proj\u00e9teis que atingiram o funkeiro saiu da arma do acusado.<\/p>\n

Com base nisso, a pris\u00e3o preventiva do policial havia sido decretada. Ap\u00f3s a absolvi\u00e7\u00e3o dessa ter\u00e7a, o advogado de acusa\u00e7\u00e3o, eug\u00eanio malavasi, entrou com recurso para reverter o resultado.<\/p>\n
