Os policiais foram denunciados e se tornaram r\u00e9us pela morte de um homem no primeiro dia da opera\u00e7\u00e3o escudo em guaruj\u00e1, em julho de 2023.<\/p>\n

Eles s\u00e3o acusados pelo minist\u00e9rio p\u00fablico estadual de terem adulterado a cena do crime, inclusive apagando imagens de c\u00e2meras de seguran\u00e7a no local.<\/p>\n

Os r\u00e9us s\u00e3o o cabo ivan pereira da silva e o capit\u00e3o marcos correa de moraes verardino, que \u00e9 o primeiro oficial da pm a se tornar r\u00e9u por sua atua\u00e7\u00e3o na opera\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Outros quatro policiais militares respondem a a\u00e7\u00f5es na justi\u00e7a sob acusa\u00e7\u00e3o de terem forjado provas durante a escudo.<\/p>\n

A den\u00fancia diz respeito \u00e0 primeira morte praticada por policiais na opera\u00e7\u00e3o, no dia 28 de julho do ano passado.<\/p>\n

A v\u00edtima era F\u00e1bio Oliveira Ferreira, de 40 anos. Na decis\u00e3o, o juiz thomaz correa farqui, da 3\u00aa vara criminal de guaruj\u00e1, afirmou que h\u00e1 \u201cind\u00edcios de que os r\u00e9us, se valendo de seus cargos e utilizando dos armamentos p\u00fablicos que lhes foram disponibilizados pelo estado (para a defesa da sociedade), fugiram de seu dever funcional para, ent\u00e3o, agir como perigosos criminosos\u201d.<\/p>\n

A pol\u00edcia militar, por meio da secretaria da seguran\u00e7a p\u00fablica, afirmou que n\u00e3o comenta decis\u00f5es judiciais.<\/p>\n
