A menina de 13 anos que foi v\u00edtima de estupro coletivo durante um encontro com o “suposto” namorado, de 15 anos, em praia grande, conheceu o jovem em uma rede social.<\/p>\n

De acordo com a delegada lyvia cristina bonella, da delegacia de defesa da mulher, o rapaz a convidou para um encontro e encaminhou um motot\u00e1xi para busc\u00e1-la e lev\u00e1-la at\u00e9 a vila s\u00f4nia, onde o crime ocorreu em tr\u00eas locais diferentes.<\/p>\n

Antes da fam\u00edlia descobrir sobre o crime, por meio da m\u00e3e de uma colega da adolescente, ela havia ficado dois dias sem dar not\u00edcias. O desaparecimento foi levado \u00e0 pol\u00edcia.<\/p>\n

Neste per\u00edodo, a menina foi estuprada por pelo menos 10 homens em tr\u00eas locais diferentes no bairro vila s\u00f4nia. Um homem de 18 anos j\u00e1 foi preso, e outros quatro adolescentes menores de idade foram identificados.<\/p>\n

Ainda segundo a delegada, tendo em vista a gravidade do crime, \u00e9 importante que pais e respons\u00e1veis fiscalizem os celulares de crian\u00e7as e adolescentes, e tomem conhecimento das pessoas com quem eles est\u00e3o interagindo.<\/p>\n

Segundo ela, o crime sofrido pela adolescente se encaixa como estupro coletivo e estupro de vulner\u00e1vel porque, aos 13 anos, ela n\u00e3o tem capacidade de consentir o ato sexual. A delegada explicou que, mesmo que a menor quisesse manter rela\u00e7\u00e3o sexual, isso seria considerado crime.<\/p>\n
