Segundo a Febraban, a popularidade do Pix n\u00e3o atraiu apenas consumidores, mas tamb\u00e9m criminosos que usam a ferramenta para fraudar v\u00edtimas.<\/p>\n<h3>O golpe mais recente \u00e9 conhecido como \u201cPix errado\u201d. Veja como ele funciona:<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Descoberta da Chave Pix:<\/strong> Criminosos obt\u00eam o n\u00famero de celular da v\u00edtima, frequentemente registrado como chave Pix, atrav\u00e9s de cadastros online ou redes sociais.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Envio de Transfer\u00eancia:<\/strong> O golpista faz uma transfer\u00eancia para a v\u00edtima usando essa chave Pix.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pedido de Estorno:<\/strong> Ap\u00f3s a transfer\u00eancia, o criminoso entra em contato com a v\u00edtima, alegando que o Pix foi enviado por engano e solicitando o estorno.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Engano na Devolu\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>: A v\u00edtima, acreditando na boa-f\u00e9 do pedido, realiza o estorno, mas para uma chave Pix diferente da original, fornecida pelo golpista.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Uso do MED:<\/strong> O criminoso usa o Mecanismo Especial de Devolu\u00e7\u00e3o (MED) para obter o valor da transa\u00e7\u00e3o original. Como o estorno foi feito para uma conta diferente, os bancos identificam o golpe e podem retirar o valor da conta da v\u00edtima.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preju\u00edzo para a V\u00edtima:<\/strong> O bandido recebe o dinheiro de volta e o valor devolvido pelo MED, enquanto a v\u00edtima fica no preju\u00edzo.<\/p>\n<h3>Como se Proteger:<\/h3>\n<p>A Febraban recomenda que, ao receber um pedido de estorno, voc\u00ea deve sempre devolver o dinheiro para a conta original que fez o Pix. Para garantir que a devolu\u00e7\u00e3o seja feita corretamente:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Acesse a \u00e1rea Pix do seu aplicativo banc\u00e1rio.<\/li>\n<li>Selecione \u201cExtratos\u201d e clique em \u201cDevolver\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>O valor ser\u00e1 enviado automaticamente para a conta de origem do Pix.<\/li>\n<li>Nunca fa\u00e7a estornos para chaves Pix novas.
