Dois policiais militares foram presos suspeitos de fraudarem licita\u00e7\u00f5es para manuten\u00e7\u00e3o de viaturas do comando de policiamento do interior seis, da baixada santista.<\/p>\n

Um sargento e um cabo da PM usavam seus postos de trabalho para falsificar documentos e receber dinheiro da manuten\u00e7\u00e3o dos ve\u00edculos.<\/p>\n

De acordo com o tribunal de justi\u00e7a militar de s\u00e3o paulo (tjmsp), o sargento evandro lopes dos santos e o cabo vitor ribeiro eram auxiliares da se\u00e7\u00e3o de motomecaniza\u00e7\u00e3o e usavam dos postos para elaborar documentos prevendo servi\u00e7os de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o de viaturas, que sequer eram necess\u00e1rios e realizados.<\/p>\n

Al\u00e9m disso, a dupla falsificava a documenta\u00e7\u00e3o referente aos pre\u00e7os das pe\u00e7as. Isso porque os policiais eram envolvidos com empresas ganhadoras dos processos licitat\u00f3rios respons\u00e1veis pela manuten\u00e7\u00e3o das viaturas e, assim, recebiam parte do dinheiro pago pelos servi\u00e7os.<\/p>\n

O esquema foi descoberto por meio de um inqu\u00e9rito da corregedoria da pol\u00edcia militar, que ouviu um dos propriet\u00e1rios das empresas envolvidas com os agentes. O homem contou que repassava o dinheiro ao sargento evandro ap\u00f3s a proposta de vitor para recebimento de vantagens indevidas.<\/p>\n

Com base no inqu\u00e9rito, o minist\u00e9rio p\u00fablico de s\u00e3o paulo (mp-sp) solicitou pela pris\u00e3o da dupla, que foi decretada pelo juiz luiz alberto moro cavalcante na quinta-feira. Na decis\u00e3o, ele afirmou que os agentes poderiam comprometer a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de provas se mantidos em liberdade.<\/p>\n
