O objetivo \u00e9 aprimorar o monitoramento e a seguran\u00e7a dos cosm\u00e9ticos permitidos no pa\u00eds, garantindo, com isso, que eventuais riscos \u00e0 sa\u00fade sejam identificados e gerenciados de maneira eficaz e em tempo h\u00e1bil.\u00a0A resolu\u00e7\u00e3o deve entrar em vigor em\u00a0doze meses.<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.png?id=1610543&amp;o=node\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.gif?id=1610543&amp;o=node\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A resolu\u00e7\u00e3o da Anvisa utiliza o termo cosmetovigil\u00e2ncia,\u00a0usado para designar a vigil\u00e2ncia e o monitoramento p\u00f3s-comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o (quando o produto chega \u00e0s m\u00e3os dos consumidores) e p\u00f3s-uso (ap\u00f3s utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o pelos clientes). Esse monitoramento vai compreender as atividades de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o, notifica\u00e7\u00e3o, avalia\u00e7\u00e3o, investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, monitoramento, comunica\u00e7\u00e3o e preven\u00e7\u00e3o de rea\u00e7\u00f5es adversas decorrentes do uso de produtos cosm\u00e9ticos em condi\u00e7\u00f5es normais ou razoavelmente previs\u00edveis.<\/p>\n<p>Os principais pontos da resolu\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o a defini\u00e7\u00e3o clara das responsabilidades das empresas de cosm\u00e9ticos; estabelecimento de um sistema de cosmetovigil\u00e2ncia robusto, composto por pelo menos seis requisitos m\u00ednimos obrigat\u00f3rios: coleta, avalia\u00e7\u00e3o, investiga\u00e7\u00e3o e notifica\u00e7\u00e3o de eventos graves.<\/p>\n<p>Cada empresa dever\u00e1 indicar um profissional que ser\u00e1 respons\u00e1vel pela cosmetovigil\u00e2ncia; um prazo de notifica\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 Anvisa ser\u00e1 definido; al\u00e9m da defini\u00e7\u00e3o e\u00a0implanta\u00e7\u00e3o de medidas para reduzir riscos pelas empresas quando identificados problemas de seguran\u00e7a com os produtos cosm\u00e9ticos produzidos.<\/p>\n<p>A Anvisa informou que a resolu\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 um avan\u00e7o e a iniciativa pretende modernizar o marco regulat\u00f3rio do setor de cosm\u00e9ticos, seguindo as melhores pr\u00e1ticas adotadas internacionalmente pelo setor.<\/p>\n<p>Estima-se que o mercado brasileiro de cosm\u00e9ticos, higiene e produtos de beleza movimente por ano quase R$ 200 bilh\u00f5es e a expectativa \u00e9 de crescimento sustent\u00e1vel, conforme a Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Brasileira da Ind\u00fastria da Higiene Pessoa, Perfumaria e Cosm\u00e9ticos (AbihPec). Nos primeiros quatro meses deste ano, as exporta\u00e7\u00f5es brasileiras somaram US$ 284,1 milh\u00f5es.
