O ministro Alexandre de Moraes, do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), estabeleceu nesta sexta-feira (27) novas determina\u00e7\u00f5es para liberar o funcionamento da rede social X no Brasil.<\/p>\n

Na decis\u00e3o, Moraes determinou que a empresa pegue nova multa de R$ 10 milh\u00f5es. Al\u00e9m disso, o ministro tamb\u00e9m determina que a advogada Rachel de Oliveira Villa Nova pague multa de R$ 300 mil.<\/p>\n

Ontem (26), os advogados do X pediram ao ministro a libera\u00e7\u00e3o da plataforma ap\u00f3s apresentarem os documentos solicitados para comprovar a reativa\u00e7\u00e3o da representa\u00e7\u00e3o no Brasil, al\u00e9m de indicar a advogada Rachel de Oliveira Villa Nova para atuar como representante legal da empresa no pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n

No m\u00eas passado, Moraes\u00a0retirou o X do ar\u00a0ap\u00f3s a empresa fechar seu escrit\u00f3rio do Brasil, condi\u00e7\u00e3o obrigat\u00f3ria para qualquer firma funcionar no pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n

O bilion\u00e1rio Elon Musk, dono da rede social, anunciou o\u00a0fechamento da sede da empresa\u00a0no Brasil ap\u00f3s a rede ser multada por se recusar a cumprir a determina\u00e7\u00e3o de retirar do ar perfis de investigados pela Corte pela publica\u00e7\u00e3o de mensagens consideradas antidemocr\u00e1ticas.<\/p>\n

De acordo com a decis\u00e3o, o valor da multa de R$ 10 milh\u00f5es se refere ao\u00a0descumprimento de decis\u00f5es\u00a0judiciais do STF nos dias 19 e 23 de setembro, nos quais a plataforma ficou hospedada em servidores da empresa de seguran\u00e7a digital Cloudflare e permitiu o acesso aos conte\u00fados bloqueados.<\/p>\n

No caso da advogada, a multa de R$ 300 mil tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 cobrada em fun\u00e7\u00e3o do descumprimento das decis\u00f5es de Moraes. Rachel de Oliveira atuou como representante do X no Brasil antes do fechamento do escrit\u00f3rio no pa\u00eds e retornou para a fun\u00e7\u00e3o ap\u00f3s Musk decidir reativar a representa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n
