O tribunal de justi\u00e7a deu um prazo de dez dias para\u00a0hariel borges da silva\u00a0se manifestar e responder \u00e0 acusa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>O mp-sp tamb\u00e9m pediu e a justi\u00e7a acatou que seja cobrada a entrega dos\u00a0laudos de exames periciais. Segundo o juiz, caso a v\u00edtima n\u00e3o tenha sido submetida a exame de les\u00e3o corporal, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio enviar of\u00edcio aos hospitais nos quais ela foi atendida para requisitar o prontu\u00e1rio m\u00e9dico, que deve ser enviado ao instituto m\u00e9dico legal para a elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de exame indireto de les\u00e3o corporal.<\/p>\n<p>O aposentado oswaldi da silva, de 77 anos, foi agredido pelo neto de 18 anos no dia 24 de julho, no apartamento onde eles moravam, em um pr\u00e9dio localizado no bairro aparecida.<\/p>\n<p>No endere\u00e7o, a equipe policial encontrou o jovem, que precisou ser contido com uma arma de choque e foi detido.
