Agora, o processo passa por avalia\u00e7\u00e3o do Conselho Estadual de Meio Ambiente (Consema), respons\u00e1vel por conceder a Licen\u00e7a Pr\u00e9via (LP), para posterior abertura da licita\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<div>O projeto da Fase 3 do VLT na Baixada Santista consiste na constru\u00e7\u00e3o de quatro esta\u00e7\u00f5es na \u00c1rea Continental (Ponte Nova, Quarenten\u00e1rio, Rio Branco e Terminal Samarit\u00e1), levando desenvolvimento e qualidade de vida a mais de 150 mil moradores.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Vale ressaltar que a emiss\u00e3o do parecer favor\u00e1vel da Cetesb \u00e9 referente \u00e0 realiza\u00e7\u00e3o da segunda etapa do projeto. A primeira, que contempla a recupera\u00e7\u00e3o do trecho ferrovi\u00e1rio da Ponte dos Barreiros, a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de uma passarela para pedestres e ciclovia, j\u00e1 est\u00e1 com obras em andamento.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Atualmente, est\u00e3o sendo realizadas a remo\u00e7\u00e3o da estrutura met\u00e1lica dos trilhos e dormentes da antiga linha ferrovi\u00e1ria, a recupera\u00e7\u00e3o das estacas e das vigas e lajes de concreto da ponte. Esses servi\u00e7os s\u00e3o efetuados pelo Cons\u00f3rcio Paulitec-Agis, com fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o da EMTU (Empresa Metropolitana de Transportes Urbanos).
