{"id":119388,"date":"2024-11-22T19:00:59","date_gmt":"2024-11-22T22:00:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/redenoticiaz.com.br\/litoralsp\/?p=119388"},"modified":"2024-11-22T16:31:40","modified_gmt":"2024-11-22T19:31:40","slug":"stf-forma-maioria-para-manter-prisao-de-robinho","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/redenoticiaz.com.br\/litoralsp\/2024\/11\/22\/stf-forma-maioria-para-manter-prisao-de-robinho","title":{"rendered":"STF forma maioria para manter pris\u00e3o de Robinho"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>O Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) formou, nesta sexta-feira (22), maioria de seis votos para manter a pris\u00e3o do ex-jogador de futebol Robinho.<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.png?id=1620970&amp;o=node\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.gif?id=1620970&amp;o=node\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Na semana passada, o plen\u00e1rio virtual da Corte iniciou o julgamento de um recurso da defesa do ex-atleta para derrubar a decis\u00e3o do Superior Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a (STJ) que homologou a senten\u00e7a da Justi\u00e7a italiana contra Robinho e determinou a pris\u00e3o imediata dele, em mar\u00e7o deste ano.<\/p>\n<p>Ele foi condenado a nove anos de pris\u00e3o na It\u00e1lia pelo envolvimento no estupro de uma mulher, ocorrido dentro de uma boate de Mil\u00e3o, em 2013.<\/p>\n<p>At\u00e9 o momento, al\u00e9m do relator Luiz Fux, votaram pela manuten\u00e7\u00e3o da pris\u00e3o os ministros Lu\u00eds Roberto Barroso, C\u00e1rmen L\u00facia, Edson Fachin, Cristiano Zanin e Alexandre de Moraes. Gilmar Mendes foi o \u00fanico a se manifestar pela soltura.
