A equipe da Guarda Civil Municipal (GCM) de Bertioga foi acionada pela pr\u00f3pria v\u00edtima, que alegou sofrer amea\u00e7as do ex-companheiro, que estaria no momento rondando a sua resid\u00eancia.<\/div>\n

Prontamente a viatura foi at\u00e9 o local e enquanto agentes orientavam sobre as medidas de seguran\u00e7a e registravam a ocorr\u00eancia, o autor foi identificado na esquina.<\/div>\n

Durante abordagem da guarni\u00e7\u00e3o, o homem negou amea\u00e7as e afirmou que teria ido at\u00e9 a casa do vizinho da ex-companheira, de 51 anos. Ele foi conduzido pela Guarda at\u00e9 a Delegacia da Pol\u00edcia Civil para prestar esclarecimentos e responder pelo descumprimento de medida protetiva, onde permaneceu preso.<\/div>\n
