O advogado de Jair Bolsonaro (PL), Paulo Cunha Bueno, solicitou nesta quarta-feira (10) a anula\u00e7\u00e3o da dela\u00e7\u00e3o de Mauro Cid, ex-ajudante de ordens da Presid\u00eancia e r\u00e9u colaborador, ao chegar ao STF. Segundo a defesa, a colabora\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o deveria existir e cria um precedente negativo.<\/p>\n

O julgamento do ex-presidente e outros sete r\u00e9us, apontados como n\u00facleo de uma suposta trama golpista, segue ap\u00f3s os votos de Alexandre de Moraes e Flavio Dino pela condena\u00e7\u00e3o. Nesta quarta, o ministro Luiz Fux deve apresentar seu voto, seguido por C\u00e1rmen L\u00facia e Cristiano Zanin.<\/p>\n
